We always aim to make things as simple as possible for our clients, right from the start of the process, when their enquiry is just an idea or a dream.

    1. Our website includes a very simple Contact Us form to complete for an initial enquiry.

    2. Once we receive this; we contact the client and request the plans for their extension or renovation.

    3. We arrange a meeting to discuss the project at site. When a date is confirmed, we send a calendar invite, so that the client has this information booked in their diary.

    4. At the on-site meeting, we talk through the plans and discuss the client’s expectations for their project.

    5. We always take images at the time, as this provides a realistic understanding of the project for our Quantity Surveyor who will prepare the quote for the client.

    6. We always aim to prepare the quote and have it completed within a 2-week timescale.

    7. We can arrange a follow up meeting to discuss the quote and any specific questions which may relate to timescales, start date or flexibility with budget.

    1. Once the quote has been accepted, we arrange a follow up meeting to explain our process prior to starting the work.

    2. We agree a start date and this is confirmed with the client

    3. A JCT Home Owner’s Contract is prepared and a draft sent to the client

    4. Once the client has approved the draft contract, this is finalised and a copy given to the client to be signed.

    5. A deposit is requested and the signed contracts are confirmed

  • • Preparation for the start date is discussed with the client

    • The Finance spreadsheet is prepared which shows every stage of the project itemised. This allows the client to see what work has been completed and to budget along the way.

    • If a client requires any extras, a quote is sent and then needs to be approved before the work is carried out. This cost is then added to the Finance spreadsheet under the Extras section.

    • Invoicing is completed weekly and annotated in the finance spreadsheet to show the Invoice number and what work has been completed.

    • The invoice is sent weekly with an updated Finance spreadsheet.
