Laurence Eltham is Owner and Director of Thames Construction and Renovations Ltd.
He built up his business over the last 20 years.
His career started with an Apprenticeship in Carpentry and having successfully achieved this, he decided to start his own business.
He gained his experience not only in the Construction Industry but in forming a very successful business.
Thames Construction and Renovations Ltd has an excellent reputation. Laurence prides himself on overseeing all the work and projects, making sure they are completed to a high standard.
The Team !
Laurence has a loyal team of carpenters, bricklayers, roofers, plasterers, electricians, plumbers and other tradesmen, many who have worked with him for years. providing continuity and years of experience.
The business has grown in the Oxfordshire area, starting with its roots in Wallingford and now working with clients across the whole of Oxfordshire and Berkshire.

What’s Next ?
More recently Laurence has expanded the business to form Thames Eco Homes.
